If you can’t afford to hire a secretary but desperately need one – contact us! We will listen while you tell us about all those icky clerical tasks you hate doing and help make them go away.

Use our service whenever you need us – day or night! Contact us even when you have a big project or a hot deadline. Our rate is a flat $25/hour so you can pay-as-you-go or buy hours in bulk and use them when you need them!

• Calendar Management - We will schedule your appointments and manage your calendar! We can also set-up your Outlook contacts list and train you how to utilize Outlook components to make the best use of your time when you’re in your office.
• E-mail Management - Forward copies of your business e-mails to us and we will have them prioritized and sent back to you with instructional subject lines: ACTION! DUE TODAY! READ NOW - REPLY TODAY, etc., by the time you return.
• Voicemail Management - Include this phrase in your voicemail, "press X to reach my personal assistant" then program your smart phone to connect your client to us. We will screen calls while you’re in meetings or too busy to chat.
• Work Space Organization - Are you an 'IN-ee' or an 'OUT-ee?' If you can’t put anything in a drawer of your desk for fear that you'll forget it forever, you're an 'OUT-ee.' We can help organize your office space for a healthy work-flow without clutter!
• Quickie Software Training - It’s a waste of your time to fuss and fiddle with Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Outlook just to make a simple flyer, write a letter, make a slide show or send a group e-mail. Call us. We'll train you on basic navigation & tasks.
• Troubleshooting - We’re here to help solve your clerical problems. When you’re stuck, call. It’s on us.

Our rates are $25/hr for clerical services and $15/hr for research. You can save by buying hours in bulk!
